Business Acumen Game
A board game teaching participants business acumen containing the World Economic Forum's (WEF) competency clusters such as self-management, working with people, technology use and sovling complex problems.

Aviation Safety System
An integrated electronic Safety Management System (IE-SMS) developed as an app to help Aviators move away from the paper-dependent filing of Mandatory Occurrence Reports (MOR) by Users and related personnel.

Efficiency Improvement App
A gamification-based efficiency improvement app uses game-like features, such as points, badges, levels, progress tracking, and rewards, to motivate users to complete tasks, build productive habits, and improve performance.

Training Programme
Developing and implementing a bespoke training programme to strengthen the competencies, such as the knowledge, skills, attitudes, habits and behaviours that employees need to perform effectively in their roles that promotes consistency, increases productivity, and enhances their confidence, engagement, and adaptability.

System Development
Developing and implementing an electronic application to embed a safety system in the organisation to make practices consistent, accessible, and measurable across all levels of the business, and integrate safety into daily operations, improve employee well-being, and create a safer, more proactive working environment.

Change Management
Change management for digitising the commercial function to help people adopt and use the new system effectively as part of everyday work. Its purpose is to install the technology and to ensure that Users understand why the change is happening, are prepared and trained, and are supported through the transition.

The expression “pushing the outside of the envelope” originates from mathematics and engineering, where an envelope is a boundary, but was popularised by test pilots, especially those depicted in Tom Wolfe’s book The Right Stuff.

The current solution is intended for a Prosumer market in the learning space and encapsulates various teaching engagements such as learning Cohorts, Collaborateurs and Cooperateurs.

This includes internal synovation and organisational ecology that allows the parts to become greater than the whole.
